ok floor is out. the only rot is were the driver seat is. I am going to add some support because I am not putting the ski locker back in. then new floor.
ok I got to do some more work on the floor before my wife went to work.* here is what I have done and what I found.
and here is why the floor was so bad on the passenger side.* water was trapped under the floor.
