When is the last time you changed the impeller? From my experience, a worn impeller is the most common cause of cooling issues. -Chris

Hi Tim, To pull codes, you would need a scanner. Have you tried looking at some of the issues that don't need a scanner to check out...like the compression and that you've got good spark on all cylinders? -Chris
