    New truck tires

I've never had a set of Cooper tires, I know at one time they were a high-quality tire. I've always been partial to Bridgestone for high-performance tires, Goodyear for truck tires, and Dunlop for heavy-duty applications. I had several sets of Dunlop 10-ply load range E on my old Suburban...

    The Mazda 'family'

I recently added to my Mazda family; a 2013 Mazda 3 Grand Touring, to go with the 2012 Mazda 6 Grand Touring, the '92 RX-7, and the good old '86 B2000. Yep, I really like Mazdas....lol!

    1991 Baja Brochure

I have this brochure myself, along with about every other article on the 208 that was published from '91 - '95. This is what got me in the showroom in the first place. Thanks for scanning and posting these 'blasts to the past'!

‘Wealth effect’ could bode well for marine industry

I really hope so, things have been pretty grim for some time now. Here in Wichita we've lost several dealers in the past few years, I think we are down to only two or three left now. The last boat show I went to had some of the sales guys cautiously optimistic. Me, not so much due simply to...

    Vehicle pics

That's a sweet truck, for sure! Ya gotta love those Platinums, they have all the bells and whistles one could ask for. Isn't Ford's 'capless' fuel tank a bit weird to get used to? Now I find it odd to have to take a cap off on my other cars, lol!

A few pics of the Baja....

Thanks! Yeah, too bad Mercruiser decided on attempting 'world domination' back in the early '90s, because the Yamaha drives, especially the Hydradrive like I have, were pretty sweet. The Hydradrive uses hydraulic clutches and you simply can't believe how smooth it is shifting, none of the noise...

A few pics of the Baja....

Here's a few pictures of my '92 208 Islander. Big block power, a true 70 mph ride. 280 hours on her, she is still like new.

Baja guy looking for a new home

Hi guys and gals. My name is Greg, I've been searching around the various forums looking for a place to call home, to talk about boats and general b.s., ever since TEAMBAJAMARINE went teats-up. I've got an immaculate 1992 Baja 208 Islander, powered by one of the few Yamaha Hydradrive outdrives...
