This is just sad. I have seen the video several times and it is sickening to watch. I love fast boats but, will never get in a CAT... They're evil.

agreed it is very sad. I also agree on cats going that fast with air under you can go wrong fast. It is kind of like these guys that have been getting pontoon boats up over 100 mph. I wonder if they realize they are riding on a sheet of plywood at 100 mph.

I don't understand the "attack pontoon" concept...

Maybe if the marines mounted some 50cals for beach assault the speed could be justified. But, other than that I think that's way too fast for a mobile dock.
