Clyde boat

Hi my name is Pete and I also have a 15 ft clyde my wife's grandfather bought in 1957 it is in pretty good shape other than a little peeling varnish. It has a 15 hp evinrude and is set up as a fishing boat.

I have a slight mystery in that the tag only has a number instead of the year and hull number that I'm seeing on other boats

welcome!! in 57 there was no regulation on HIN numbers so it was up to the manufacturer on what they put on their tags. it could also have been changed at some point by the previous owner.

Welcome aboard, we've got a few Clye owners that pop in from time to time.
