I have a 1996 90 HP evinrude, and have heard some bad stories about the oil injection system. I would like to get some opinions about should it be removed or not.
remove it. then when you mix the gas and oil you know that your cylinder are getting oil. if the system fails you may not know it until it is too late.
agreed! Its not that big a hassle to mix your gas after you get the hang of it.
I hate injection systems...
this is from the atv world perspective. I dont imagine its different. Was reading something about yamaha 2 stroke boat motors having oil failures too...
