only a fool would put a 75 on a classic its so funny when people see my enchanter. its got bad piston rings cause it smokes so much i tell them. one guy said," man, ive never seen a low water pickup on a 75 before" hahaha i said me neither. found cover on ebay for 100$ & packed a 2.5 in it

my left hand 20 inch was a racing case, always in forward. we have pleanty of torn up cases if i new where to find shafts & gears we might be able to fix it ourselves

doctored up gearcase we weld on the cones & split some alum tubing instead of hoses because crabpots have caused me to burn lots of powerheads

all my motors are 2.4 & 2.5 litre all older than 1990 and i have 4- 2.4s running & a 2.5 on my checkmate. all gearcases swap out. all are 200 hp. we put nosecones on them & weld tubing instead of hose for the low water pickup. ill send a pic of 1

i need gearcases bad. does anybody know where i can find a 20 inch lefthand rotation case for an old 2.4 litre mercury? or parts to rebuild it. theres pleanty of 25 inch gearcases, but no 20s. help:eyes:
