suppose you had some of those wheels with 1 inch of tire on the road? what if you suppose we already know you & dont like you just because your you, were bored, nothing else to pass the time, but we want hastle that guy in that boat anyway. we can do it because were the UNITED STATES COAST GUARD. we can board you if we want, especially if your having more fun than we are. pisses us off when your out flying speed boats, having fun, just about to overdose on adrenalin, the corners of your mouth nearly touching your ears
