so I have started the rebuild on the pontoon. I am taking it apart to see what all it needs and I will start rebuild it have the new year. so here is where I got after the first night. only worked on it for about an hour. side rails off and front fences.

you will have to have build a new one or try ebay. you can also call crownline to see if they have them for sale. but finding parts like that are hard to find. the boat world is nothing like the car world.
