What in the world could this be? see video from Beach Cleanup on FL east coast

Check out this video and tell me what you think this is. We found some weird bone, towards end of 3 min video. It was on Tiger Shores Beach at the Waterway Cleanup. So far, guesses include, Sea Turtle Bone, old antler off a boat (decor), and a whale vertebrea from a North Atlantic Whale. It looks like there is some silicon maybe stuck to it.
