I have a 16ft. polarkraft jon boat and that's about all i know about it. I'm trying to find out what year it is, and where the HIN # is. I've searched it from bow to stern and port to starboard and the only thing I can find is a serial # that is 4 digits long from the polarkraft company. The boat doesn't have a capacity plate. I'm trying to sell it and a serious buyer wants this information but I have no idea what to do on this
. I've only used the boat in private ponds or my pond so i did not have to worry about getting it registered. I can tell it has been registered because of the residue on the outter stern. When I purchased the boat it did not come with a title or any papers. So pretty much any information would be greatly appreciated on what to do????
