Hello all Im new here my name is Bob I reside in PSL FL I just bought a 88 bayliner 16 I/O project boat. Any help and or sugguestions would be welcome. Need to replace all the wood including the main beams the only part of the boat in good shape is the motor and the hull... LOL what a project but I love it!!

Welcome Bob. We seem to have quite a few project boats posting on EB. I love to see things rescued and brought back to life. I'm sure you'll get lots of advice and read about some mistakes people have made along the way. Hopefully you can post pictures so we can all watch the work in progress.
