Morning on the Water - Best Time of the Day?

One of the best times to be "on the hook" is in the morning when the sun is coming up, in the evening when the sun is going down and all the times in between! But, all things being equal, I think morning wins the prize for being the most peaceful time of the day. More...

Absolutely agree.

Sunset's are nice but there's nothing like the smell in the air of morning breaking and the light dew coming of the water and the way the sky is awaking.

I don't think there is a bad time of day to be on the water but my favorite is sunset and then after dark, nothing like leaving the kids with the grandparents and heading out in the moonlight with my wife for a midnight cruise, can't beat it

Hey John Lamon and Chris, I agree. There's something to be said for, when the day begins and when it ends; the anticipation and relaxation at the end of the day. Either way, it's indescribable to landlubbers. I wish I could infuse them all with the experience on the water. Might need a hyopdermic needle to the brain with an imbedded video of a simple, everyday morning or night on our favorite waterway. Then they might get it?
