There is a step by step set of instructions pinned to the top of the "Board Feedback & Technical Help" forum.

Those instructions aer for posting pictures directly on the forums. You'll need to follow the second set which is for non-supporting members where you hotlink to your images which are posted elsewhere.
Or, you can upload your pictures to the gallery and then paste the gallery code into your images. I haven't created detailed instructions on how to upload pics to the gallery. But if you need help, let me know which part you're struggling with and I'll do my best to help.
