I guess it depends on what type of boating you're doing. 
I've got one CD that I like to listen to when I take off in the Checkmate and the first song is Runnin' With the Devil by Van Halen.
It makes a great song WOT song although it gets hard to hear.
On the laid back side, anything by the Beach Boys is great for skiing and tubing activities.
