On our 84 Chris Craft 281 I noticed fumes yesterday comming from behind the breaker. I dont think my blower works. Are these hard to change?
Thanks

It shouldn't be too tough, but whatever you do, make sure it, or they are working. I would flip the hatch open and leave it up for quite a while to air out the fumes before you work on it or even turn on the ignition.

And I defintely wouldn't attempt to start it or run it without it working.

depending on where they are depends on how hard they are. I had one boat where they were behind the seat so it was easy. I had one were it was behind the motor those were a pain.
