Man that is big, What does it take to rebuild some thing like that?been busy the last six weeks rebuilding theese two stern thrusters at work.

I may have to change my name on here to "rookie" or "newbie" or......, because I had to go to my trusty friend Google to find out what a stern thruster was.
You learn something new every day as the saying goes.
The one in your picture appears to be very large. Which leads to my question- How frickin big is the ship that's getting attached to?
Rebuilding something like that is quite an accomplishment.
