My name is Daniel. I just turned 30 in march I was in the U.S. Navy for 4 years that is where I got into boating. My dad bought a 1972 welcraft a couple of years ago with the intentions of rebuilding. It was in grave condition when he purchased it. I began restoration but got busy with other things and had no time to complete it so my mom got rid of it at an auction. Now I am looking to buy within the next 3 years and decided to join a forum as alot of the boats I like are located in Florida and I am in Ohio and was wanting to fly down when I decide to buy and bring the boat back to the ohio river through the mississippi.
