While we were getting everything ready for paint Wayne started sending cool pictures of the power head . Number two had stuck rings that's why there was only 35 psi Compression on that cylinder ... All the block needed was a Good hone and some rings . Now see is pushing over 140 psi on each...

paint This paint here hold up pretty good in the water . My dad had sprayed my other 150 with this in 2008 and it still look amazing ...

While that was setting up I went to the shop and picked up the boat and to see how the plate looked that my uncle had made me . It looked really good and was just what I wanted ...

Here everything Is getting a coat of epoxy primer ...

While the power head was on it way to be freshened up I started to get everything in etching primer . Once that was done my dad sprayed a epoxy primer over that ....

My uncle had came over and made up a strong crate to ship the power head out to Wayne Canino for a rebuild . The crate turned out great .

I took everything apart and degreased and power washed it down so it could be primered and painted ...

This is a 14 footer . It was a blast to drive with the 80 I can only imagine how it would handle with the 100 hp ... My 15 ft with 150 hp is kinda crazy lol .

Have a 1968 Mercury 1000 100 hp . Very good running motor . Compression is between 130-135 psi ... Asking 1500.00 OBO ...

I really have no clue what the value is . I wouldnt think very much . I dont even recall what model the boat is . I havent had it in the water in some time now . I have 3 Checkmates and I water ski so my Trimate II gets the most use .

And here she is all tucked away for the winter at the shop .... Gunna be a long winter ...
