Yeah, I groomed at beaver creek in Co for 8 years. I kind of miss it. Now i've been doing public safety for a few years. And i'm getting really bored. I'd go back to cats bet there's just to much B.S that goes along with the job.
So It's time to get out and do something else. I figure hell, i'm 37 be 38 when i'm ready to go and I got no kids, no wife and my family life is sporadic to say the least. I just want to get down to the sandy beaches and start a new life. If I can do it for one year I can do it forever! As long as I can get work after that first year anyway.
One thing I do have going as well is I work for vail resorts who in turn owns rock resorts. i bet I could get a job part time at one of the island resorts in the virgin islands. Save some money and Chiiiiiiillllll...
I like to dream big then study the crap out of it and then DO IT!!
For instance two years ago I wanted to build my own chopper. i figured I could do it for 2k. two years later (Mostly slowed because of hobby time issues) I completed this lil bad boy
I built it from a bone stockstock 81 kz 750
Not to bad eh? On to the next dream.

Nice, good work on that bike, I also groomed for a few years at a little hill here in Sask, that was almost 10 years ago already.
Sounds like you got a nice plan there,
good luck with it, I wish I would have traveled more, married with two kids now so I guess it will be a little while before I can do much of that, we go to the lake every weekend though and I live to spend time with the family on the water.
Here's my 89' Checkmate that I bought a few years ago and have been working on, just finished the interior last weekend.
here's a pic from Friday, temp was only +10 C (50*) but we had a blast.
