Mornin. Has anyone considered flagging their yacht in Langkawi? Delaware is not as friendly as it used to be, so I am researching my options. I came across the website of a company by the name of Yacht Registry and spoke to someone who told me that I don't have to keep my boat there, or visit at anytime. I can travel anywhere, which I like. Is anyone registered in, or familiar with Langkawi?
