We bought a 1996 Godfrey Marine Aqua Patio 24 foot pontoon boat. It has the original 115 HP Mercury outboard and it runs well.
Our question is about the trim function on the outboard motor:
The switch on the helm and on the outboard makes a motor noise when activated. So we know the switch works.
The outboard motor itself does not go up or down.
Is there a way to get to the fluid container to see if we have to add any?
Or a pin to pull or ??????
The outboard has to be almost horizonal to get to the pump. Is there a pin to pull to allow it to go to the horizonal position?
