Yes Lake travis is at 670 ft only 10 ft below full pool. it came up 30 ft in just days. there are plenty of others around that are over filled by 7-14 ft. and we still keep getting rain!!

How many years to drain her down again ... 10 (with no rain)?

It can drain in less than two years if we end up with the drought conditions like we had. There is a lot of drains on the lake. From city water to Rice Farmers down stream. Also our lake supplies the San Antonio river walk.
