I am new to this forum, but I was needing information on a cooling system, to fit a Crownline 210 Cuddy 1999 model , What I need to know is if it would fit under the hood , because there is not alot of room. Thanks:bounce:

why a closed cooling system? you are right there is no room for one plus that it would not cool because of the heat of the engine compartment unless you mount a big vent in front of the radiator like on a car.

Nathan I think he is referring to an enclosed cooling system as opposed to a raw water cooling system.

The big advantage here is if he runs in saltwater. The enclosed system is just a heat exchanger and some more plumbing.

It's hard to say if it can be retro fitted to your boat witout seeing it as I don't know the Crownline model lineup. However, you could call a dealer and ask if a closed system is/was available in 1999... the service dept. should know.
