Any Nascar fans out there?

Anyone plan to watch the Daytona 500 today?

For me, the running of the Daytona 500 is like the first sign that spring is just around the corner and bout to arrive. Up here in Kanook-Land, we're only a few weeks away now from weather turning nicer and the snow melting away.

Typically, I always watch the Daytona 500 and most of the other early races of the season, but once the cottage opens up, I miss many of the races after that.

So anyone plan to watch? Do you have a favourite driver?

I was always an Earnhardt fan, so I'll be pulling for Dale Jr.

It kinda sucked to end the 500 on a shortened rain delay though.

I used to race stockcars on the dirt tracks around Bucyrus. It was back when I worked at Baja. Used to pull my car to Baja every friday so I could leave right after work to go race. Doug got a big kick out of coming in on Monday morning and telling me what place I took witch I allready knew. I allways liked Nascar just never had time to watch it.
