Here's my latest project that I'm restoring. It's been a little slow cause the $$$ is tight but I have the boat stripped and ready to be regigged, I've got a 2.5 mildly built Merc 200 with an Offshore mid and CLE gearcase to hang. Waiting on buying hyd jackplate, steering, gages, etc!

My AE-21 is coming along nicely. Transom knees have been replaced with 24lb density/1.5" thick Coosa Board wrapped in two layers of 1708 biax with Epoxy Resin. They are bonded to the hull/transom/topdeck. Bilge has been bilgecoated in bright white. Brand new Panther 4" setback brackets and Detwiler 8" hyd. Jackplate mounted with Bob's Machine Shop backing plates. Merc 2.5 200hp with Offshore Mid, single ram clamp and Merc Racing trim pump installed. Currently I'm replacing all the wood in the original seats and getting ready to start installing the new Livorsi Silver Carbon Fibre/Red race rim gages.
