What size fuse are you using?

Also does the fuse blow right away?? or does it take a few seconds or minutes to blow when it's turned on ???

Im using a 20 amp fuse and it comes on for a second befor it blows

thanks again for the help
20 amps is to big. If it's blowing within one second with a 20 amp then you probably either have a direct short in the wiring somewhere between the switch at the helm and the blower itself, Or the blower itself may be defective from new.

This link below may help. I Believe i'm used to seeing about an 7.5 amp fues as a standard practice on a normal boat.
