We done a pressure test oon the anti-freeze side of cooling system today--Pumped it up to 15 Lbs. and it held for 4 hours. Does anyone have good explosives ==cheap== I'm about to that point --Thanks everyone for the suggestions you have given me so far.

Thanks for the info--but FYI--this head came from a 460 ford engine --the block was designed for mercrusier by a Ford engineer--Same head as a 460 Ford truck or car engine.
