Was able to save the bucket seats too and a big plus . Not really sure if I am going to re-install the rear seat bench or not . might just have a cover made for the back to close off the bilge area . That will free up a little more weight and give me a little more speed . Every ounce counts lol...

Actually I havent . I bought to brand new NOS racks for my Vmate project and installing dual cable steering . Cable down each side of the boat . If teleflex offers a cable that will work with those racks than I would buy one . Thats about all thats left parts wise . I have everythig else ...
